Ludopathy: Play to Lose by Gabriel Miranda Nava in  Peer Reviewed Journal of Forensic & Genetic Sciences in Lupine Publishers.

This is a relatively new concept, and if you do not know what it is about, dear reader, I will ask you the following: please go at about 10.45 in the morning to a place that has among its premises a Caliente, a Play City, Yak, Emotion, or others to name a few, you will see a long line of impatient people, mostly women, ready to enter, with greater punctuality than when they go for the children to schools, or even to the funeral of the grandmother. The concept of pathological gambling refers to an irresistible desire to play, which goes hand in hand with a visible bet, with an implicit risk of money or kind; This desire is accompanied by extreme anxiety, and when the person sitting on the bench is already calm and the first move is made, it is necessary to say the financial problems to which they, their partners and children, submit themselves; here we list the characteristics of this condition already listed in the international classification of diseases since 1992:
a) The failure to resist the urge to play.
b) The growing sensation of excitement and
c) Tension before going to play and
d) The pleasant experience or relief at the time of playing.

As I commented previously, alcoholism is by far the addiction with the highest prevalence and incidence in our country; only in 2011 were detected around six million people with a harmful consumption of alcohol, and that they developed some of the 52 diverse conditions already described. And it is not only the liver, with its sequence of intoxication, congestion, hepatic steatosis (some call it fatty liver), hepatitis, cirrhosis and some even liver cancer; we also have alcoholic pancreatitis, heart disease (alcoholic cardiomyopathy), mental problems such as Wernicke’s disease or Korsakoff’s psychosis, chronic depression very resistant to drugs, as well as less frequent Marchiafava-Bignami syndrome, polyneuropathies (the second most frequent being alcoholic). in our country), myopathies, haematological consequences with lower production of leukocytes and greater propensity to various infections such as tuberculosis or various pneumonias; Gastrointestinal complications such as gastritis, irritable bowel syndrome, esophagitis and a significant increase in the risk of gastric cancer.

The Power of Addictions in Mexico by Gabriel Miranda Nava in Peer Reviewed Journal of Forensic & Genetic Sciences in Lupine_Publishers.

Understanding an addiction simply and simply as that situation or element that cannot be detached due to the superlative gratification that leads us to adhere to that element; it is an exaggerated and pathological attachment, often irreversible, that entails sequels for life and that has many origins either biochemical or mental. Normally when we use the word addiction we refer to the use of “legal” substances, such as alcohol or tobacco, and illegal substances, such as cocaine, marijuana, amphetamines, solvents, etc., which have already become a problem of both health and public safety, for the clandestine sale of these substances. Afterwards, new elements are put on the table for this great family, since we will mention gambling addiction or addiction to gambling, addiction to sex, money, In Mexico, as we have said, unsuspected levels in addictions are already reached, with alcohol as the first example.

Lupine_Publishers PEER REVIEWED JOURNAL OF FORENSIC & GENETIC SCIENCES

Emotional arousal has been considered provide the drive needed to propel a living being into responses and action. Responses are executed automatically as per the learnt method, whereas an action is executed as per a plan for achieving specific effects and goals. An action or response is automatically initiated when the drive reaches a Critical Level of Potentiation (CLP) [1]. Emotion is an internal arousal state needed for providing the drive required for the initiation of all responses and actions. Another important processing is the cognitive judgments of the inputs and output, which may mold the actions and responses into positive or negative emotional effects. The cognitive judgments of the behavioral responses and actions of others induced emotions in the receiver, which may be experienced as different levels of happiness, pleasure, pain, fear, sadness, and several more of such feelings, which may be specifically associated with the experiences of an individual. The experiential profile of the drive may generally constitute the positivity or negativity experientially associated with of the propelling force and what they may behaviorally accomplish in the self and others. Social conditioning helps everyone to build the drive stepwise manner, so that it may reach the CLP level gradually and one can control the responses and actions, so that the best and optimum effects are achieved.

Critical Exploration of Counselor Client Relationship in Disability and Gender -Case Study by Arpita Ghosal in Lupine_Publishers Peer Reviewed Journal of Forensic & Genetic Sciences in Lupine_Publishers.
This study examines the working experiences of the counselors and their relationship with their clients. There are two types of clients chosen for this study: clients with intellectual disability and the clients of opposite gender. A critical analysis has been carried out with regards to the two types of clients and their relationship with the therapist. I have taken some interviews that have been stated in the paper. Some real cases have also been used to explain the aspects of counselor’s relationship with the clients. The purpose of this essay is to focus on 2 topics: disability and gender and what these mean with regards to the counselors working with clients.Disability has been generically neglected in the field of counseling [1] and intellectual disability has been marginal for the marginalized. There are examples of good work done by the counselors with client group, although the activities are mostly on the fringe. It began in 1970s when advocacy groups of disabled people have shown adults having learning difficulties can understand their situation, can have voice and can communicate.

A Critical Exploration of Ethical Decision Making through Disability and Ethnicity-Case study by Arpita Ghosal in Peer Reviewed Journal of Forensic & Genetic Sciences in LupinePublishers.

This essay will focus on the ethical judgements required when working with a client with disability and different ethnicity in counselling and how these may differ from able bodied clients. It includes a case study through which I demonstrate my ethical understanding and values while working with these sensitive issues. Hence, I will consider the broader aspects of these 2 areas through a client. Seeing the client with a disability and diverse ethnicity as a person with numerous personalities, roles, capacities, and environments encourages the counselling process. Therefore, with the knowledge of these issues counsellors turn out to be more sensitive to the necessities of various populations and provide more viable treatment not facilitated by a rigid, practice-based method.Ethical decision making is the functional process through which therapists base their activities, utilise a framework of client rights and professional obligations for decision making. It additionally includes gathering evidence and facts from research, figuring out if an issue or difficulty really exists, consultation with colleagues or peers or with supervisors to decide how best to apply proficient ethical codes, standards and values in practice. However, the perplexity brought about by limits as a continuum, ranging from withdrawal (rigidity, inflexible limits/guidelines) to enmeshment (adaptability to the point of diffusement), with a large grey area in the middle, of that is notoriously vague and dependent upon the therapist, the circumstance and the client’s changing needs and conditions. This article will critically explore the decisionmaking process while working with a disabled client with different ethnicity. Preez 2013 [1] contends that practice-based ethical decision-making models mostly don’t convert into ethical decisions, yet rather work as a device to assess or look at a circumstance. Corey, Corey and Callanan [2] raised comparable worries that these codes of practice can’t be connected in a generalized or automated way, as specialists frequently get themselves confronted with a social context, complexity of personal values of individual qualities, and additionally a prescriptive professional code.
