Social Conditioning of Emotional Arousal – Psychosocial Need to Prevent Forensic Behavior by Mukundan CR in Peer Reviewed Journal of Forensic& Genetic Sciences in Lupine_Publishers.

Emotional arousal has been considered provide the drive needed to propel a living being into responses and action. Responses are executed automatically as per the learnt method, whereas an action is executed as per a plan for achieving specific effects and goals. An action or response is automatically initiated when the drive reaches a Critical Level of Potentiation (CLP) [1]. Emotion is an internal arousal state needed for providing the drive required for the initiation of all responses and actions. Another important processing is the cognitive judgments of the inputs and output, which may mold the actions and responses into positive or negative emotional effects. The cognitive judgments of the behavioral responses and actions of others induced emotions in the receiver, which may be experienced as different levels of happiness, pleasure, pain, fear, sadness, and several more of such feelings, which may be specifically associated with the experiences of an individual. The experiential profile of the drive may generally constitute the positivity or negativity experientially associated with of the propelling force and what they may behaviorally accomplish in the self and others. Social conditioning helps everyone to build the drive stepwise manner, so that it may reach the CLP level gradually and one can control the responses and actions, so that the best and optimum effects are achieved.

Mobile crime scene investigating team plays an important role to sorting numerous important and sensational crimes. It is important that the crime scene investigator recognize that physical evidence recovered from these scenes may extend well beyond the conveyance itself. The nature of the crime may give the investigator an idea of the type of evidence present. Over the years, criminals have tried many ingenious ways to hide, clean up and remove evidence such as blood, weapons and tools but it’s an area where criminal justice technology has always stayed one step ahead of them. In the present paper an interesting case of murder of man was unravelled by the crime scene team. During careful scientific observation of crime scene by the forensic team, it was advised to the Investigating Officer (I.O.) that homicide was done by deceased brother.Blood is the most common and perhaps most important form of physical trace and fluid evidences in criminal justice today. Its presence always links a suspect and victim to one another and to the scene of the crime [1]. Thorough visual and chemical identification of bloodstains provide crucial information criminal investigation of violent crimes involving blood traces, particularly violent crimes but also other types of criminal events where blood is one of the resulting evidences on the crime scene [2,3]. During a crime event, external forces acting on a body bring about injuries that often result in the expulsion of blood as blood drops or flows. Interactions between the internal forces of surface tension, viscosity and internal cohesion and external forces of gravity, air resistance and applications of force determine the manner in which blood is expelled. These interactions determine with certain predictability, the nature and formation of blood drops, the forces required to disperse blood from a source and how blood behaves upon interaction with external forces.

There are different approaches on determining the object that causes of buying-selling interactions in labor market. Discussions about labor market has been continuing since the middle of the last entury. If the economists of CIS countries had the common view about it before the market economy, it becomes intricate under the influence of western economics. From practical point of view, among the whole population of Uzbekistan the tendency of the growth of the population of working age and the shrink of dependency is observed, which requires to increase the number of employed among economic active population. It is important to mention that, during the financial-economic recession, the republic of Uzbekistan adopted anticrisis program, which mainly directed to the most important problems such as creating new labor places and improving the living standards of the population Formation of the labor market and its infrastructure, creating new labor relations confronts theory and practice task thorough and objective investigation of these processes. In addition, the deepening of market relations increases the urgency of issues related to balance demand and supply of labor, wages (price of labor), unemployment, training and retraining of skilled labor, the creation of a competitive environment in the labor market, the development of human resources. Acuteness of the problems of employment and labor market development work required for profound monographic studies of complex scientific papers, develop evidence-based recommendations and proposals to address them. Accordingly, the economics of Uzbekistan was initiated to develop a scientific theory and a methodological basis for the formation of employment and labor market development in the new environment based on global experience in the formation, operation and regulation of the labor market. What if microzyma made the universe? Microzymian reactions/activities have been observed to produce chemicals and minerals. Couldn’t the first microzyma/ group of microzyma have produced the first element or elements?

Haplotypes and allele frequencies for the 17 Y-chromosomal short tandem repeat (Y-STR) loci, DYS456, DYS389I, DYS390, DYS389II, DYS458, DYS19, DYS385a/b, DYS393, DYS391, DYS439, DYS635, DYS392, Y GATA H4, DYS437, DYS438 and DYS448 were determined in a sample of 1000 unrelated Uzbekistan males living in the regions of Tashkent (100), Fergana (75), Andijan (85), Namangan (55), Sirdarya (55), Djizax (80),Samarqand (80), Kashqadarya (75), Surxandarya (50), Buxara (100), Navoiy (50), Xorezm (97) and from Republic Karakalpakistan (98) using the Y-filer PCR Amplification Kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific).This population was demonstrated 1000 haplotypes, of which 899 were unique. The gene diversity was 0.9988 (standard error:0.005).The haplotype diversity calculated from the 17 Y-STR loci was 0.9967 and the discrimination capacity was 0.8990. The DYS385 locus showed the highest gene diversity value (0.8936), while the DYS391 locus showed the lowest gene diversity value (0.4934).

Diatom test is an important tool in diagnosis death in drowning cases. As the typical features of ante-mortem drowning disappeared very rapidly with commencement of putrefaction and hence diatom test plays an important role for diagnosis and confirmation of drowning deaths. Diatoms have number of characteristic like their widespread presence in water, high diversity in species, habitat specificity and have a good potential for preservation and thus this group can be used in forensic geosciences for criminal investigations. Extraction and identification of diatoms present in the tissue samples can be used as supportive evidence in drowning and also for site specific diatoms.

Whether mistakenly cutting oneself while shaving, or being punched in the face, or nicking a finger while using a blade or knife- we have bled. Blood flowed from the injured body part for a while and then stopped. Why? If a bucket or bottle of water is punctured it leaks till it becomes empty. Not so with the human body. Blood clots. How does this happen? The germ theory (which denies the existence of the microzymas) and the terrain theory/germ terrain duality theory (which do not) have radically varying views about how this phenomenon occurs.Around the world today, in almost all medical schools the germ theory version of blood clotting is taught.

Reentry Program Combines Therapeutic Community, Rehabilitation, Work Release and Parole: Long Term Outcomes by Jerry Jennings in Peer Reviewed Journal of Forensic & Genetic Sciences (PRJFGS) in Lupine Publishers

This innovative re-entry program combined an in-prison therapeutic community, work release, and employment and housing reentry with parole/aftercare support to rehabilitate and reintegrate offenders with high levels of criminality and substance abuse. Statistically significant outcomes from a ten year period for 198 offenders showed that only 23% of those who completed the full treatment program and were released on parole were reincarcerated compared to 44% of offenders with partial treatment without parole and 69% for those “rejected from treatment” for program violations. The “partial treatment” group consisted of inmates who were released on the earliest date marking completion of sentence and before finishing the treatment program. Those “rejected from treatment” were reincarcerated at twice the rate of those with full or partial treatment (69% vs. 34%). Reduced reincarceration was significantly correlated with longer lengths of treatment. Analysis of substance abuse types showed that cocaine abusers (and heroin abusers to a lesser extent) had the poorest rates of program completion and the highest and fastest rates of reincarceration following discharge.

Counting and naming the dead of armed conflicts, massacres and any historical traumatic event is not yet an easy task; even less if they mediated long decades with a dictatorship of almost forty years in between. More difficulties involve the localization in space of a large part of the fatalities resulting from irregular repression (“walks”), as well as that of hundreds of soldiers fallen on the front and so often poorly buried in improvised trenches or trenches. Counting, naming and, as far as possible, locating the burial sites were the basic objectives of the research project that since 2003 we have been carrying out at the University of Oviedo under the direction of who signs these pages. The initial impulse came from the petitions that descendants of the losers and associations committed to the signification of the victims of Franco’s repression made to the Government of the Principality.

Multiple epiphyseal dysplasia (MED) is a rare osteochondrodysplasia characterized by moderate short limb dwarfism and earlyonset osteoarthrosis. By whole-exome sequencing (WES), we identified a dominantly inherited mutation (c.1201G>A; p.D401N) in cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) in a large four-generation Chinese family. Immunofluorescence analysis revealed mutant COMP secretion was severely impaired. Our result expands the mutational spectrum of COMP and provides strong evidence for the genotype-phenotype correlation of COMP pathogenicity in MED.

Colorectal cancer (CRC) has one of the largest proportions of familial cases. Two to 5% of all colon cancers arise in the setting of inherited syndromes, including Lynch syndrome (hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer [HNPCC]), familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP), attenuated FAP, MUTYH-associated polyposis (MAP), and certain hamartomatous polyposis conditions like Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (PJS) and juvenile polyposis syndrome (JPS). All of these conditions are inherited, autosomal dominant disorders, except MAP, which is autosomal recessive [l]. Although clinical similarities do exist, each has different cancer risks, characteristic clinical features, and separate genetical etiologies. In addition to these syndromes, up to 30 % of colon cancers exhibit increased familial risk, likely related to inheritance. A number of less penetrant, but possibly more frequent susceptibility genes have been identified for this level of inheritance.

DeoxyriboseNucleic Acid (DNA) is unique to each and every individual and it remains constant throughout the life as it follows the laws of Mendelian inheritance. However DNA analysis is widely accepted techniques for personal identification. DNA extraction and isolation from ancient bone samples, degraded body parts etc. is still quite difficult and challenging task for forensic scientist. But new upcoming technology like nanotechnology will help for analysis of such samples for DNA. Hence, in this review article we are short listed some of the research articles which used the different nanoparticles for DNA extraction. Where different nanoparticles used for the DNA extraction were cited and explained in brief.
